A stunningly beautiful door handle, hand-made from high grade solid brass in England and designed to replicate the organic style of bamboo.

Bamboo first captured the Western imagination back in the 16th century, when travellers to the Far East sent back tales of a wondrous plant, Bamboo. Although liked by the Victorians, Bamboo became more popular during the, Edwardian period, as the furniture was light and less formidable than the dark, heavy, ornate furniture of the Victorian era.

This handle can be used as either an exterior or interior door handle. It is available with a range of different keyways, including a standard mortice lock keyway, euro and oval profile keyways and a thumbturn for bathroom sashlocks.

It can be supplied as either a solid brass door handle (choose from lacquered or unlacquered) or in one of the range of plated or applied finishes.

The plated and applied finishes range from both antique to contemporary, so will suit almost any style of decor. Choose from a range of brass, chrome and nickel finishes, in antique, polished or satin styles.

These handles are also available in gold or silver plate.

Silver door handles are available as either silver plated handles or antique silver door handles.

Gold door handles are available in either Titanium Gold or in Antique Gold Plate.

Titanium gold handles are supplied in a gold coloured PVD finish. PVD stands for “Physical Vapour Deposition”, this is a state-of-the-art process where molecules of hardwearing metals are deposited onto the handle surface. This microscopic layer protects the finish from discolouration. This protective layer makes this gold door handle especially suitable for use in normally high wear-and-tear situations, such as stately homes, public buildings, retail establishments, hotels and commercial premises.
